How to Return an Item

Refund Timelines
Once Amazon receives your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days, though it can take longer to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Amazon may also offer instant refunds to your Amazon Balance or as an Amazon Gift Card balance for eligible returns.
International Return Policy
For customers shopping from outside the United States — or buying from Amazon's international marketplaces — returns follow Amazon's Global Store and regional return guidelines. The general principles below apply, but always confirm the exact terms shown on your order.
Amazon Global Store Returns
- Items purchased through Amazon Global Store are generally returnable within 30 days of delivery, consistent with Amazon's standard policy.
- Amazon often provides a prepaid international return label for eligible Global Store items, so you are not charged for return shipping on qualifying returns.
- Any Import Fees Deposit collected at checkout is refunded proportionally when you return an item.
- Refunds for international orders are issued in your original currency and payment method once the return is received and processed.
Returns on Regional Amazon Sites
If you purchase from a regional Amazon marketplace (such as Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, Amazon.ca, Amazon.com.au, Amazon.co.jp, or others), that marketplace's local return policy applies. Many regions covered by consumer protection laws — including the EU and UK — provide a statutory right to cancel most orders within 14 days, in addition to Amazon's voluntary return window.
Important Notes for International Returns
- Return windows and free-return eligibility vary by country, marketplace, seller, and product category.
- Items sold by third-party sellers (rather than Amazon directly) may have their own return terms — always check the seller's policy on the product page.
- Customs duties or taxes paid on imported items may be refundable through Amazon's Import Fees Deposit program but are not refundable separately by ShoppedHere.
- Always retain your order confirmation and tracking information until your return and refund are complete.
